The University has a strategic partnership for furniture with MillerKnoll and Workplace Resource.  All new furniture (some examples below) should be purchased from them.  Furniture purchased via PCARD will be considered a violation.

  • File cabinets
  • Lounge
  • Conference
  • Outdoor
  • Panel systems-cubicle walls, partitions, and dividers
  • Etc.- Note: It is impossible to list every type of furniture here. If you are unsure, contact Procurement Services before proceeding
Ergonomics:

It is highly recommended that end-users work with the Ergonomics Program in Risk Management and Insurance prior to purchasing an office chair and/or making design decisions about a workstation.
